Overseas Pakistanis deprived of Vote Right

                 

                An important and burning issue is that overseas Pakistanis are still deprived of their vote rights. Our Pakistanis are almost in the whole worlds except Israel. From the creation of Pakistan till today no legislature has been made that why overseas Pakistanis are not entitled to cast their vote from any country of the world where they are living.

                It is our overseas Pakistanis who are sending billions of Dollars every year to Pakistan contributing  in the economy of Pakistan. In every type of circumstances they are contributing with the Pakistan. Vote is an important and constitutional rights of every Pakistani and he cannot be restrained from casting the vote. 
             Being serious issue now the discussion has been started in the Parliament as well as Senate that why the right to cast votes is not being given to every overseas Pakistani. It is hope that in near future this right will be extended to every oversea Pakistani to caste his vote.  The bill to cast vote of overseas Pakistani is being produced in the National Assembly and thereafter to Senate which is very important in its nature.

            After passing of the above mentioned bill every overseas Pakistani will be able to cast vote to any political party of his choice which right was not available to him/her before this.

                A serious debate is expected within Parliament  and Senate and it can be noted that how much far and against votes comes in favour of this bill. This bill is also one of the Reforms bill in facts that why half Pakistani can cast vote to any political party of their choice and why half Pakistani cannot cast vote, in fact it is a discrimination which the law does not permit.

             The most important aspect of the matter is that in the Legislature there is no mention that oversea Pakistani can caste vote to any political party of their choice and what would be the method of casting vote. The method of casting vote has not been defined in the legislature and now the method of casting vote will also come under discussion in the Parliament and Senate that how the overseas Pakistani can caste vote.

             The upshot of above discussion is that this bill will allow the right to cast vote to oversea Pakistani which is very fundamental right and will enhance the capacity of casting vote outside the Pakistan.
