                 In the present age where many inventions in human life have made it easier, the problems are also increasing, especially tension, depression, mental stress. These are the reasons that ruin your peace of mind and lead you to a normal life.                   Stress is other name of diseases so spent your life stress free, what steps can be taken in your life every person can decide it keeping in view his day to day life routine and life style. Similarly, you have to provide atmosphere to your family which should be stress free and keep your own home stress and problems free as you can do it. It is better that we are spending life very simply rather than we are spending our life with start of medicine. Taking medicine increase your health budget in your home, if any person is sick or suffering from any sort of health issue.
