Pakistan's T-20 Semi Final today

The turmoil in Pakistan Cricket preceding the T 20 World Cup did not really matter after all. If anything, it merely seems to have galvanized Babar Azam’s men who cruised into the last four with a perfect record after crushing win over Scotland in their Final group game on Sunday night. Pakistan’s performance have raised expectation, they will start their Semi Final against Australia today this evening at 7:00 PM as firm favorites for the title in the Tournament in which they started out as underdogs. Victories against India and New Zealand in their first two games had given Pakistan confidence as well as momentum. Afghanistan tried to break that momentum but blown away by Asif Ali, the power hatter who also showed his prowess as a lethal finisher in the contest against New Zealand. Namibia and Scotland prove no match for the Pakistan side, which unlike its past iterations is showing no signs of letting its guard down.

After New Zealand and England had cancelled their tour to Pakistan for security reason and mental health, Pakistan Cricket Board Chief Ramez Raja had urge his side to give benefiting reply on the pitch.  The responded brilliantly. Every member of the side has delivered when cancelled upon, from pacers Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf to betters Asif, Muhammad Rizwan and veteran Shoaib Malik, Pakistan had a different match winner in each of their five games.

Skipper Babar has lead from the front with four of centuries with Pakistan showing that they remain among with the top teams in the World Cricket. That was what the PCB Chief had urge the side to show, same it would help Pakistan recovered from the damaged caused by New Zealand and England calling off their tours. It has helped, with Australia announcing on Monday that they will goa head with their tour of Pakistan next year   2022. Things are looking up for Pakistan Cricket regardless of what happens against Australia in Semi Final. All Pakistani will be cheering for a team that as proved that they can be winners.

On Wednesday in Dubai in its first Semi Final New Zealand played very well and one its Semi Final against England and chased the target stepping into final of T 20 World Cup going on in Dubai. Both the teams of England and New Zealand put every efforts to win this match by playing with full skills. Indeed it was a match for viewers that had been played by both the best teams. Today, i.e. 11.11.2021, the second Semi Final of T 20 World Cup is going on between Pakistan and Australia. The Pakistan Cricket Team is being considered as one of the favourite team of this World Cup but at the same time keep in mind, that Australia is also one of the best cricket team in the World. Both the teams will put hectic efforts to win this match for next step of their final with New Zealand.

There would be an amazing situation if the Pakistan will qualify for final and thus, will face New Zealand team in final. Keep in mind, that already Pakistan had won its match from New Zealand and remained unbeatable in its 06 matches played with different teams including New Zealand. On the other hand, if there would be final between Australia and New Zealand, there are strong chances that Australia will pick up the trophy of T 20 World Cup in Dubai.
